Privacy Policy

- Account details: username, email address, phone number and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
- Usage: which predictions you've unlocked, your AI Guru messages, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) used for security and abuse prevention.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
How we use it
- To run your account, verify your email (we send a one-time code), enforce free limits and provide Pro.
- To send account emails such as verification and password-reset codes.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use your phone number for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process subscription payments.
- Anthropic, which provides the AI behind the Guru: your Guru messages are sent to it to generate replies.
- Our web host and email provider, to run the site and deliver email.
- Authorities, if required by law.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's storage for preferences like followed players. No advertising cookies.
Retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@atpinsight.com; deleting your account cancels Pro going forward.
Security
Passwords are hashed, the site uses HTTPS, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password.
Children
ATPinsight is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
