Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ATPinsight.com ("ATPinsight", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. What ATPinsight is

ATPinsight shows tennis scores and statistical match predictions. Predictions are probability estimates produced by a computer model from public match data. They are for entertainment and information only, are not guarantees, and are not betting, financial or professional advice. Tennis results are uncertain and predictions are often wrong.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe.

3. Accounts

Give accurate information (username, email, phone) and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One free trial (3 free predictions) per person.

4. ATPinsight Pro subscription

• Pro costs $5 per month (plus any applicable taxes), billed in advance each month through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Pro includes unlimited match predictions and one Guru session per calendar month: either an AI Guru chat of up to 5 minutes, or a written conversation with a member of our team (replies may take up to 12 hours). Unused sessions do not roll over.
• Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

5. The Guru

The AI Guru is an artificial-intelligence chat assistant, not a human. The human Guru is a member of the ATPinsight team. Either way, answers can be incomplete or wrong and are opinions, not advice.

6. Responsible play

If you bet, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you problems, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell or redistribute predictions, share accounts, try to bypass limits or payments, or disrupt the site.

8. Data sources & availability

Scores and statistics come from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may change or pause features at any time. ATPinsight is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the ATP Tour, the WTA or any tournament.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATPinsight is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on predictions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
